M1 : Lesson 7.3: Mold & Chemicals
Transcript
Maltoxicity, chemical hypersensitivity, and environmental issues. Intelevances and illnesses occur when the limbic system misinterprets bread levels of chemicals such as smells, toxins such as mold to such a degree that a small amount of exposure to chemicals can result in extreme stress responses and allergic type reactions. This again has to do with a processing distortion in the part of the brain that is trying to make sure you are safe. In the case of multiple chemical sensitivity and mold toxicity, lymbic system retraining using brain rewinding practices has been shown to successfully treat these conditions by resetting the threat filter in the brain to sense that a normal amount of chemical exposure is indeed safe and harmless. The limbic system reset allows the body to detoxify more efficiently, which improves the overall health and strengthens the immune system.
Of course, I’m not saying to stay in a truly toxic environment such as living in black mold or being around a significant amount of chemicals. It is important to be in a clean environment to the best of your ability. And, yes, you can improve your condition even if you can’t move. For many people, they do need to move to a clean environment in addition to retraining the brain. It’s really important to be aware of your mind around these substances when doing a nervous system healing program.
Often those with issues of chemical or mode sensitivity develop very scary belief systems. I did that myself, allowing doctors and lab tests to reinforce the belief that minuscule exposure was dangerous. It’s important to note that even though you are highly sensitive now, there was likely a point in your life where you were able to be around these substances and didn’t have any problem at all. Why is that? Why could you handle toxins to some degree?
Now you can’t. What’s because of how your brain is reacting to the substances now? And the good news is that you can teach your brain to react to them in a way that brings more harmony to your physiology. I’m not saying that ongoing exposures to toxins and chemicals and molds is okay. They are toxic, but your body has the capacity to handle normal amounts of them.
And as you calm down your reactions, any treatments you’re trying to do to remove the buildup of these toxins will be greatly improved. In my case, I reacted to even a small amount of mold, and larger amounts would cause my body to feel debilitated Yet for the 30 years prior to this, I had no issue being in mold. In fact, I know I grew up in a moldy environment and I didn’t feel sick back then. So I know that something must have happened with my ability to process these toxins. Sure.
I was told by doctors that I had the bad genes that made me susceptible. That didn’t explain why I didn’t have a problem for most of my life up to the point I got really ill. It wasn’t till I started to experience chronic stress that my intolerance to chemical toxicity really became a problem. I knew it wasn’t all in my genes. See the video I just did on cell danger response to understand more about why your body loses its ability to detoxify when you don’t feel safe.
So if you struggle with sensitivities, please know that brain retraining has helped thousands of people to recover from this serious type of issue. That should give you amazing hope. Repattering your brain’s stress response can greatly improve your tolerance to mold, to smell, to chemicals. This is going to feel very counterintuitive, and the brain retraining module might challenge you to think greater than you feel. You will be asked to find safety and love for the environment even with the substance that your brain has decided was dangerous.
Also, you’re likely to encounter a part of you that does not want to imagine these substances such as mold and chemicals to be safe. Remember, we’re teaching the brain that it can handle a normal amount of these triggers. It is not normal to overreact to a minute amount of them We’re simply trying to increase your brain’s threshold of tolerance to exposure of these substances. It’s not the same as lying to yourself and saying talk sick isn’t toxic. We’re gonna be teaching our brain that we can handle it, and it’s safe enough to be around even if it’s not a perfect environment.
This will allow your nervous system to stay in detoxification mode and to safely discharge this irritant. Remember when we feel okay or safe, our body knows how to deal with toxins and irritants much better. As a side note, I do want to mention that I see a correlation between environmental sensitivities and childhood upbringings that might be chaotic or traumatic. The environment you grew up in if it felt dangerous or uncomfortable or not safe, the brain can develop in a association with the external environment not being safe. And eventually, this can get cross wired with mold and chemicals and smells and other substances if you were in an environment again that didn’t feel safe or you were under a lot of stress.
5:24So if you’re someone who grew up in trauma or stress, I highly recommend you consider taking the level 2 mentorship and develop a healthy internal sense of self, healthy boundaries, and This can help you to complete your recovery from mold and chemical sensitivity related illnesses.
